    Knowledge beats nagging

We’ll help you to help your child with…

We’ll give you all the tools and all the advice you need, answer your questions, and hold your hand through the whole process if you need us.

It’s a big step up from GCSEs… (and they didn’t even get to DO those!)

They haven’t exactly had a normal school experience.

There’s a huge jump in workload, both from Year 11 to Year 12, and then again up to Year 13, and it usually comes as a nasty shock to them (even though their teachers will have warned them!).

They now have ‘free’ lessons, and it’s all too easy to spend those catching up with their friends (instead of catching up with their homework, which is what they should be doing…)

Plus, Year 12 & 13 aren’t just about their post-16 courses, they’re also about planning ahead for university or a job.

You don’t want them staring at a rather empty looking CV or personal statement, but that means starting to think about it now.

We’ve helped 1000s of parents since we started. We’d love to help you too.

Being part of our membership isn’t just about getting all the information you need about Post-16. It’s also about being part of a community. You’ll know what to expect, when to expect it, and you won’t be doing it alone.

What if there was a blueprint?

If someone could map out for you exactly what to expect, what they need to do, and when they need to do it, that would help you feel confident that they’re ready for whatever’s next, right?

    Wouldn’t it be great if…

✔︎ You could spend less than 10 minutes a week ‘keeping on top’ of all this?

✔︎ You could get expert support with all the scary things like UCAS applications, Personal Statements, referencing correctly, and university finance?

✔︎ You could have the chance to ask questions and get answers from teachers all through the year, not just at parents’ evening?

✔︎ You could work with your child to help them develop the independent learning skills (and a few life skills) that they’ll need when they leave school?

✔︎ You could do all this without having to nag, because your child knows you’re on the same team here!

Introducing the Parent Guide to Post-16 Membership

    Join the #ParentsWhoKnow

✔︎ You’ll know how to help them be prepared for their post-16 study, whether that’s A-levels, BTECs or CTECs

✔︎ You’ll know how to help them get (and stay) organised

✔︎ You’ll know how to help them work smarter, not harder, and use the most effective study techniques for them

✔︎ You’ll know they’re fully prepared for whatever exams throw at them

… and you’ll be completely on top of helping them plan for whatever they choose to do next

… because KNOWLEDGE beats NAGGING. Every time

(and if there’s anything you don’t know yet, we run two drop-in Q&A sessions in the private members-only Facebook group each month)

Here’s what your membership journey looks like…

We’ll make sure you have exactly what you need, when you need it, all year long.

Each week, there’ll be a small, bite-sized chunk of information delivered to you. It’ll take less than 10 minutes.

Sometimes it’ll just be for you. Sometimes it’ll be something to read with your child.

Our ‘B-2 Stealth System’ means those 10 minutes with your child will be positive, nag-free, and should give you insight into how they’re coping.

So how does it work when I sign up?

Oh, and if you have any questions, there’s a drop-in Q&A session twice a month!

Here are just a few of the things we’ll cover…

💡 CV building – everything you need to know to fill out your CV and win the job!

💡 Social Media & the workplace (or uni application) – the dangers

💡 How to be an independent, self-motivated learner

💡 When to do Uni visits (and what to look for)

💡 How Uni finance works (and how to plan for it)

💡 How to reference accurately in your work

💡 Preparing the perfect personal statement

    ….and lots more!
